Your outline is really good! I'm also doing the Spanish Amer War and my outline looks so different from yours. I think its so interesting to see how people can write so differently on the same topic. My classmate Henfry is also writing on the war, and his paper is going to be very informative whereas my paper I'm arguing about how I think the U.S. sucks lol. I'd love to read your paper once it's done :-)
